It's great that your breeder truly does want to help, but her approach doesn't really make clinical sense to me.
Athlete's foot cream will not address anything but what it's meant for - a very weak anti-fungal (are you fighting fungus...??!). Spreading coconut oil over any dryness will do just that -- cover it up. It doesn't actually treat a single thing. And using a different brand of vaccines...?! Highly doubt that will affect a thing.
Orijen is a very nice food. But why Orijen...? What, exactly, are you trying to achieve via changing foods? There are other foods I'd recommend first. If you're truly interested in more natural eating -- why not then try something like SoJos - where you can add your own cooked or raw meat? That's as fresh as it gets.
If you do suspect actual allergies, that's a whole other can of worms....then you should explore Apoquel, Atopica, or Cytopoint.
