Just showed me how fast and without even having time to think - about what to do and how best to do it - when unexpected things happen and reactions kick in when nothing seemingly 'dangerous' is anywhere nearby. I went down so fast and hard, but for reflexively getting one hand partially under me, I'd have cracked my face right into that very hard tile floor, no conscious thought processes having had time to develop!
