Are you giving oil? If not, give some - I like Megga Dog from Amazon or Royal Coat Express by Ark Naturals.

I called my breeder and had a nice long chat. Bottom line, we are changing food from Taste of the Wild to Origin, adding homemade bone broth once a day, continuing feeding fresh veggies & fruit, using an athlete's food cream on any spots, using coconut oil on dry skin, using Heartguard chewies instead of Revolution or any shots, and requesting our vet order Ultra for future vaccinations.

She's basically recommending an all of the above approach by reducing challenges to her immune system, treating without meds (as much as possible), using higher quality foods, and improving skin quality.
