These meds are very good & work very well, pretty much instantly. I had 2 dogs on these meds & one lived an extra 2 yrs & the other for 4 more yrs. Also did your vet offer you OR mention about fish oil ? if not you should ask as it's very good for the kidney failure. My Prayers for Moose
