Since dogs can't talk, how else can they convey something might be wrong but those ways. I wish I could give you peace of mind but unless I know more, such as the dog is eating, drinking, gaiting, playing normally, normal mouth/teeth, eyes, ears, no lumps or swelling, non-tender over her the joints of her neck, spine, major joints, etc, normal ROM, not shaking/shivering and able to settle comfortably to sleep without waking to re-position often, having normal BM's, urination, normal rectal temperature and respiration, nice, firm, pink gums that rapidly return to pink after blanching, I'd be worried and put other things on hold until I had her checked. But I'm the worst dog worrier ever.
No, she's absolutely normal when it comes to her daily activities. She's been going to the bathroom and eating just fine. Basically has shown no symptoms of illness (at least that I could notice). Her urination is normal as far as I know, I'm waiting for her to go today to see but I think she's fine in that regard too. And I totally understand! Sophie is my first dog so I tend to freak out about really small odd behaviors. But they're like babies, they can't really express themselves to us so how do we know something is wrong WITHOUT reading into the small details, y'know? I'm going to wait until midday today and if she acts odd or her ears are still the same, I'll call the vet to go in tomorrow.
