That seems so rare but I guess that kind of stuff happens ocassionally. Had the chip migrated? I'm guessing it will require stitches or adhesive stuff they use so keeping her from scratching it is pretty important. I will be interested in you keeping us updated on this. I wasn't a huge fan of chips for my first yorkie who is now 10 but decided to get them for my younger two. I had never heard of issues like this. Luckily it didn't happen to my two.
