Antibiotics don't work with parvo so I'm not sure why your vet even gave them to him. If he does have parvo and can't keep food down that could possibly cause hypoglycemia issues. If he does have parvo there is no treatment for it, it just has to run its course and all they can do it try to treat the issue it causes. Also your home is now a parvo zone and anything that puppy and possibly the owner come in contact with is infected. It's probably a wait and see kinda thing. Hope he makes it.
