I would have to respectfully disagree with you. I can honestly say I have never met what I would consider a quality yorkie that had no champions in their pedigree. I have met many wonderful, desireable, healthy ones, but none I would consider true quality.
I think the list of qualities a good breeder should have that was in the original post in this thread is perfect.
