With Yorkie's reputable breeders keep them until 12 weeks and that's the soonest they will let them go. Big dogs mature fast then smaller dogs so they are generally ok to go home at 8 weeks. Since you have another yorkie to help guide her and teach her things it probably won't be as bad. One of the biggest issues I had with my 9 week old was separation anxiety.
