I have no problem with crosses in the case where folks are developing a new breed like Goldendoodles or labradoodles, every breed started out that way, who's to say people still can't create breeds???? As long as they are creating a proper network, keeping records, and being careful with negative genetic defects, I'm good.

If not all the majority of people who breed mixes don't know the lines of the dog and don't do health screenings and testing and so on. I found the comment about every lab in the shelter to be interesting because it must be a local thing because here it is that most dogs have Pitt in them.
