Atopica is an absolutely *wonderful* allergy med, so I wouldn't hesitate in using it! And your vet is wrong on the Apoquel - a 4lb dog can absolutely be on Apoquel. Many 4lb dogs on this site are on it, including my Marcel. Marcel has been on both meds and both are fantastic.
