Is he actually vomiting...or is he regurgitating...? Vomiting is when they hack, hack, hack, hack and then boom, vomit. Regurgitating is when it just immediately comes up w/out warning - and it's usually yellowy/runny bile.

Reflux is not uncommon in dogs. For that, you give 5-10mg Pepcid twice a day. Works great.
