Excellent deduction and very possible, indeed! Sometimes little ones just cannot contain their excitement and can easily over-do and/or they don't know any other way of expressing their joy. Sooo...maybe try taking Charlie to a drive-in movie and eating popcorn?! Who knows, the double-whammy might just cause him stop in his tracks in order to absorb the wonder of it all!!!
