Max saw the other surgeon who we consulted before surgery yesterday who confirmed the hip flexor sprain with an ultrasound. She said it was not a tear and that laser and magnetic therapy should be contnued. She said that she could not determine when it occurred just that it had. She checked his knees and felt they were healing and now in correct position. She agreed that Rimadyl should be continued. She asked if she could speak to our surgeon and I agreed, and she told us to call his office which we did when we got home. She sent him a copy of the ultrasound, etc.
He wants to see Max in two weeks.
He seems better since the laser and magnetic therapy. He goes to PT on Monday. He is now toe touching on his left side.
Thanks for all your interest and suggestions.
