Also, what was the name of that harness everyone recommended? The escape proof one that they custom make for you? Is it made to be an exact fit? I ask because I finally adjusted her harness to make it tighter but "somehow" her harness got a little loosened.
As for her itching, she scratched a few times and made a small cry sometimes she scratched.
Gonna bathe her tomorrow with this shampoo my mom got her. Says its anti-itch and other stuff (didn't really read it much).
I just spent 30minutes outside in the yard with her leash on to see if she'd "release" but she just didn't... she should had pooped and peed at least once more. My mom said to leave her in her cage until morning but I feel like taking her out one more time... She did the same yesterday though. Walked her around 8pm and she pooped but didn't pee... The last time she peed was 4 hours ago. She pooped twice today but that was it. She should had pooped one last time as I kind of overfed a little bit(a few spoonfulls).
I intro'd her to sasha again and was fine. We let them in the same room as we were there and she seemed focused on me. Sasha was fine, but at some point when sasha walked away (uninterested) -- my dog started to growl at her and chased her a bit- to which sasha started to run again(she's the embodiment of a pacifist).. Will they ever get along or will I have to keep them separate?
She never bit sasha because sasha ran, but also when my mom caught it she stomped on the floor and told her to stopped to which immediately got her attention and stopped. After which she left her alone but I took her away to the living room anyways and put up fences. Though she does seem to climb those doggy gates, her crate and just about anything...
The cute thing about her that I seen is that when she poops she takes a few steps away and kind of those that thing cats do (as if she was kicking up sand/dirt with her four legs/paws). Kind of makes me wonder about her origin and what she was taught or if it was self taught or what..
Also forgot to ask... What are you guys preferred methods of keeping fleas, ticks and insects off your dogs.. and how do I know if mine had hers applied recently?
If it was, can it be reapplied anyways or is it unsafe for her?
