 Wet Food Only
Hello I have a 7 year old Yorkie. She is about 5 pounds and has always been on a Wet/Dry Mix. Recently she will absolutely not eat the dry mix. I don't feel comfortable only having her on Wet food. I have always used wet food just as an incentive. I call it 'burger king for dogs'. Cause it's garbage.
Anyways I started to ween her off the wet/dry mix onto something called OC Raw Dog. Its basically Freeze dried raw food. Its very soft, you can break it into pieces with just your thumb and index finger. You can add water to it to make a soupy mix or just leave it freeze dried so when she bites it goes to crumbs. This is very important because she is so small she has a hard time getting through normal kibble.
It seems like a dream come true. It is as holistic as it gets with no fillers or anything. She absolutely loves this stuff.
