I would advise you to get an ex pen, put a wee pad in it and keep her in there except for when you are able to watch her. She is too young and small to have that much freedom. She could get stepped on plus it's easier to wee pad train them if you limit her area for now. keep her food, bed and water in there too. (and don't have a collar on her when she is in there)
You can feed her 3 times a day at this age or just free feed her. Give her a total of the max amount it says on the back of the bag for her weight.
She is VERY young, I didn't get my pup until she was 3 months old.
