I was planning on getting a CC buttercomb but hadn't realized that you need to buy the handle separate from the comb -- that's $45 for a comb, which seems like a lot to me. Are the buttercombs really that much better than other combs? Would a CC brush be enough to get matts out on its own? Does anyone have any suggestions?
