Never had this happen after knee surgery. I recently had a problem with my Olivia screaming out of the blue like that. Turned out to be her neck. Have you had a thorough check up at the vet? Perhaps there is a small issue that is pinching a nerve in her neck...might just be that intubating her made it happen at that time so you think that is the cause when it was just exacerbated by the positioning for intubation?? Just a thought...
