Praying for your little Jaya to recover.
I do not have any experience with pets and pneumonia, but my dad had it a couple years ago as a senior. He was very weak for awhile.
I read on PetMD to let the dog get plenty of rest, and encourage them change sleeping positions frequently to prevent fluid buildup in one spot.
Chest rubs should be good.
