This is so scary!! Kaji was taken from my property not long ago by "well wishing neighbors"
Kaji was sunbathing, on my property, with my brother watching him while he worked, but was but out of view of people. The neighbors grabbed Kaji because they thought he was lost (again, from MY PROPERTY) and of course my brother got Kaji right back.
I can't believe how insanely bold and brazen people are. Stealing a pup from a little girl? That's insane!!! I'm glad both your daughter and your pup are ok
