Callie is almost 10 so this was a long time ago. I was 18 and living with my grandparents and had grown up with dogs at home and just hated not having one. My grandmother has COPD so we needed a small dog that didn't shead much or at all and we landed on a yorkie. Callie is extremely smart and that helped me fall in love with them even more.
