You have an *injured* dog...a small dog who was *attacked* by a Rottie. On top of that, pregnant.
You 100% absolutely MUST take this poor dog to the vet ASAP. If you cannot get the dog help, then the only right thing to do is to turn it over to a rescue who can and will care properly for this innocent dog.
If *you* were attacked by an animal who tore into your leg, while you were pregnant....what would YOU want to happen to you...?
Do RIGHT by this dog.
