I think it takes awhile to develop a bond with pets. Just as it takes time for a pet to bond with you. That's normal. I don't know the psychology behind it but I'd imagine that the more and more time you spend with each other, the more you'll develop a strong bond with each other. It takes time to develop that strong attachment and bond with our pets. |
