Put some Nutrical, karo syrup, local honey or even sugar on your finger & stick it in his mouth to give him some energy, perk him up a bit & then call your vet to tell him about the continued anorexia, now bile vomiting. Don't let him get dehydrated either. Very tiny Yorkies can die from lack of glucose or dehydration.

Unless vet says differently, I'd keep giving him some karo for energy every couple of hours and even poke in a few grains of mashed up plain white rice or a teaspoon of white bread soaked in water into his jowl pouch, holding his little mouth shut until he swallows it. He's got to have some nourishment unless the bits of food causes vomiting.
