Puppy has gone through lots of changes and is confused ...I think the rug needs to go away for just a little while until she is shown what behaviors you want of her...I have a 14 year old Yorkie and occasionally still messes up..She is trained on a pad as well...Their little bladders sometimes have to go fast...and with her age now- we deal...
