They did me a favor. I was 60 and weighing on when to retire so, it worked out ok.
There is one guy there that will have 50 years in this year.
They become institualized .
They don't know what else to do with their life or, the feeling I retire next thing is death!
I had several people my age die off while they were working . That was a deciding factor for me too
