I really don't understand, at all, why you won't treat her ALLERGIES, and are just wanting to treat the symptoms on the feet (!!??!). Allergies are *miserable* for dogs -- *please* please please treat the allergies - that is what's causing the paw licking and any other symptoms. You're focusing on the wrong solution here.
