If I were you, I would ask the vet to check his spine. Willie started walking funny occasionally. Our vet did an xray and found that he has narrowing in his spine. The vet suspects its an old issue from before we rehomed him. He was given 10 days of anti-inflammatory and is doing much better. BUT you would never have known anything was wrong based on how he was acting. He would run around and jump all over as if nothing was wrong. But, like you, I could just tell something wasn't right.
