You are not overreacting at all. How can you bond with an animal and then be willing to trade it in for a puppy. That makes me so sad. I wouldn't trade in George for the world. I totally agree with that is terrible.

Also, now I may be overreacting but the Irish Setter seems a little too big for that crate. Poor baby
