I see so many ads whether it is craigslist, facebook, etc. Some of the breeders say that the parents are with them. However, if I go to their place, what do I look for in the Yorkie I'm trying to buy? Ex: Medical statements? Illness?

P.s: It's been very long since I've owned a dog, so I have no idea if they are healthy or not (Never owned a Yorkie). Also, I don't really care if it's registered or not since I'm not trying to breed it.
Sorry for my ignorance haha.
