Keep the hair on his ear tips as short as you can, it is also said while they are teething sometimes their ears will go down. I would trim his ears and keep an eye on him, sometimes they have to be taped.
Life to Barnaby is so new and exciting, he will be zooming around the house for quite some time, as I have written, yorkies are a "high energy" breed. They need lots of exercise to burn off all that energy. Just keep an eye on Tia, older dogs get nervous around these zooming lil guys.
