Welcome to YT and congrats on your new baby boy. I would confine him to a small area until he is fully pad trained. I have had several puppies with older ones lol, yes puppies will torment the older ones because puppy wants to play. Tia will set him in his place when he gets to rough, yorkies are a very high energy breed. Good that you are supervising closely and separating when needed. Barnaby will soon learn his boundaries, Tia will see to that, and YES, Tia and Barnaby will soon be BFF. Enjoy that wild lil boy lol, they grow so fast.
