Did you have your vet check this pup for a microchip? Someone may be looking for him. They get matted quickly when out on their own, so please don't assume he has been neglected.
You really should look for his owner before saying you rescued him. Please!! Think this way.....he could be your pet who got out. Would you want someone to just keep him? |
