  Thank you both so much for all that info!  I didn't get Molly (R.I.P.) until she was 10 weeks, so I've been talking with my husband about 8 weeks maybe being too young.  Of course, on the internet you find some (but who are they?) saying 8 weeks is OK - that's actually the reason I found YorkieTalk to begin with - and that should have been my first question to y'all, got sidetracked thinking about what we need to have on hand.  I will get that Nutrical - I've seen that mentioned a lot.  I'm going to contact the breeder today to see if she can keep them with mom another few weeks, not sure any of the litter are still with mom - ughhhh, I sure hope this woman can be trusted to be doing the right thing (but of course it's just not possible to know for sure).  My husband I have also been looking at insurance, found one called "Healthy Paws" that seems OK - does anyone know anything about them?  In the meantime we'll check out Turpanion.  Thanks again!  |
