Puppies really need to stay with their moms until they are 12 weeks especially if they are that tiny! I wouldn't even get a harness at this point because they shouldn't even be walking around on a leash any where at that age or size due to parvo and distemper. They would do much better in a plastic carrier that you can keep then away from drafts and keep them warm. Since the breeder is not following proper yorkie breeding protocol she may have no made sure the health of her breeders was all checked out so I would get pet insurance on the ASAP. Make sure they are eating every couple of hours and not left alone for long periods or time and make sure you have nutrical.
