In the winter when it stays freezing for days at a time I agree, it's essential to the puppy's health. Although Pandee's mostly restricted to hard surface floor areas I make sure she gets to play in the carpeted room upstairs daily to do "her thing" (after she does her other things) ZOOOOM!!
