Oh my goodness. Please don't give her human bacon. There's no nutrition in it for her. Liver shouldn't be her main source of diet either. Liver of any animal is too rich and can cause upset stomach.

It's okay to cook for her if she refuses kibble. Have you tried chicken breast, without skin? The only issue is, even if you feed chicken breast + peas, it's not a balance diet. Have you tried "Freeze-dried" patty/nugget meals?
A few good brands include:
Complete Freeze-Dried Raw Diets for Pets:

Being so small, I don't suggest that she go to bed hungry either. On an empty stomach they can vomit bile or worse, they can have low blood sugar which can be very dangerous. Again, I agree with lillymae that bacon + chicken liver + peas is not a balance diet. Dogs need proper nutrition to be healthy. Freeze-dried meals are different from kibble and seem to taste a lot better to dogs. Give Primal a try - many pet stores in my area give out free samples of this brand.

As for the shaking, does her tail curl under her body? Does she arch her back? If so, the shaking could be due to pain - possibly relating to digestion.
