So when she doesn't eat her full meal she shakes in the morning? And your vet is ok with this? If your vet finds she is medically healthy we have to trust our vets. When she doesn't eat her full meal at night before she goes to bed give her some food that you know she likes and will eat. She may be very hungry in the morning causing her to shake, this is just a GUESS on my part. What is NOT a GUESS is feeding her bacon.
I agree

Also feeding chicken liver & bacon is NOT a balanced diet for her & it will not be long before she starts to show signs of her lack of proper nutrition so PLEASE get to the pet store & buy this girl a proper dog food before you cause her damage that cannot be reversed. AND if your vet knows about this diet & is ok with it then I suggest you to find a new vet ASAP. I was a vet tech for many yrs & I can tell you that this diet is NOT ok for your girl.
