When you say you feed her chicken liver and bacon is that people food bacon, which I hope it is not. Bacon is high in fat, grease, salt, preservatives, the high fat and grease will cause your dog Pancreatitis. If you home cook for your baby you must add supplements to make sure your baby is getting the daily nutrients they require. I do not home cook for my boy, thankfully he is not a picky eater, I buy him a good quality kibble. I do hope other members chime in about home cooking and what is needed.
So when she doesn't eat her full meal she shakes in the morning? And your vet is ok with this? If your vet finds she is medically healthy we have to trust our vets. When she doesn't eat her full meal at night before she goes to bed give her some food that you know she likes and will eat. She may be very hungry in the morning causing her to shake, this is just a GUESS on my part. What is NOT a GUESS is feeding her bacon.
