. To me, it sounds like she could be having low blood sugar or too empty of a tummy in the morning. If I were you, I'd give her a little food just before going to bed to see if that helps. Also, right when she wakes in the morning you could try giving some quick, simple carbs (a little bread, a cracker, a carby dog treat...) or some Nutrical.
Does she vomit bile in the morning...?
If she really hates dry kibble, then I would not feed it. You want her to *like* her food, most especially if she has potential low blood sugar. There is nothing wrong w/ feeding wet/moist food - it's fresher / less processed anyway. Don't believe the myth that "kibble is good for teeth"....it's no different than it is for our human teeth -- crunchy food does not and will not clean our teeth one bit.
Shaking is always secondary to something else...being cold, being in pain, tummy upset/GI upset...
