Each dog is different. My 2 Yorkie boys are equally bonded to the 2 humans in our home. We joke though that Max is mine and Teddy is my dad's dog.
They have special things, routines, with each of us.
Tell your husband not worry. Daisy may appear more bonded with you because of certain routines. For instance, I used to think my doggies only gave dad big greetings. It was mostly because dad left the house more. Now I leave the house more and for longer periods, and I get huge welcomes when I return.
Teddy knows dad will sit on the couch with him and watch TV, whereas I am always sitting at my desk, working on the computer with Max in his bed at my feet.
