Welcome to Yorkie Talk. We have an older, ultra cool Collie neighbor friend that my Max looks up to in awe. When we socialize with him on our walks, Max literally sits in awe.
If your Chipin seems to only like your Collie, she might not be thrilled to have an energetic, obnoxious Yorkie puppy in the house. Yorkies tend to be very playful and push boundaries. My 8 year Yorkies are snuggle bugs, but they also need lots of exercise and stimulation.
They are notoriously difficult to potty train, but not all of them. Yorkies can be willful, as you noted.
