Default Is a Yorkie right for my multi dog household?

Hey everyone, new member. Long time lurker! I finally joined so I could read more about the Yorkie breed. I am thinking about adding a third dog to our household. We currently have a collie that is a great dog. He likes everyone and every animal. I have a Chipin that adores the Collie. The Collie is getting up in age and not as active as he used to be but still healthy. I was thinking of adding another pup so the Chipin will not be so lonely when our Collie moves on. The Chipin does not do well alone.

My sister has a Yorkie and he is an adorable bugger but pretty strong headed. She is still training him and he is under a year old. House breaking has been an issue. I have been thinking of a Yorkie but wondering how well they get along with other dogs? The Chipin (a min pin and Chihuahua mix) seems to only like our Collie. She is a real snuggle bug and a great dog. My husband would like another little dog and seems really fond of the Yorkie breed. I have been debating if a strong headed yorkie would be a good fit for our household. Then I thought maybe a Chihuahua or a min pin. I am still reading up on the breeds and was curious on your thoughts with how a Yorkie does in a multi dog household? Then my next concern is if I should get the same sex as the Chipin (she is female) or a male?

There are no small children in my household.

Still in the thinking phase as I want to make the best decision possible! Feedback is super welcome. I have really enjoyed looking at everyone pics!
