I can't really say, for sure, what the RDA is for Vit A - but many dog owners do give pumpkin without any problems. If at all unsure, get an okay from your vet.
Some scooting once in a while can be normal as GI issues can just happen, just like in humans. If the area is dry, I'd put some diaper cream or hydrocortisone cream on the area and see if that helps.
As far as being "smelly" 1 week after a bath - how is her skin...? Is it dry? Oily? Scaly? Anything else...?
What food are you feeding her?
On the Swedish Berry - not a big deal if it was just sugar. The main thing w/ candies is if/when they contain Xylitol, which can kill a dog
