Thanks everyone for your advice. I've just ordered the 30" high exercise pen from JB Wholesale with a door. As it turned out, they had the best price, and I'll have it next week. Because we have deer in our area, I often wrap a heavy nylon mesh around some of our shrubs. I think I will secure that on top of the pen with ties. Hopefully, the pen will be escape proof--the mesh fabric keeps deer out; let's hope it keeps puppy in. Thanks again for all your help.
