My little one Pebbles is 3 years old but weights 3-4 pounds tiny little thing its mostly hair! lol I am affraid she is so small and it will be harder on her then Coco . ( 8pounds)
Has anyone experienced anything bad or infections or anything that I should be ware of??
I need something to calm my nerves !!

Surgery is well surgery, it is an extensive one , but vets do it all the time. Make sure you have pre op blood work done and the vet knows the most recent anaesthetia protocols. There is always a risk for your dog going under, but it is usually minimal.
