My husband and I feel we are doing something wrong with our 6yrs old Yorke.
We feed her twice a day at 8am and 7pm most times. The issue we are having is when we have leave the house for long periods of the day. She would not eat....I mean absolutely nothing until we return home then she would eat her food. We give her favorite dish which is Royal Canin for YorkshireTerrier. Since we introduce her to this food she smashes it down like no tomorrow.
I've spoken to our vet a few times and they say its okay. She wouldn't starve herself to death.
Should we be concerns that she only eats when we are home? When I travel she wouldn't eat for a few days. I just returned last night from a 5 day trip. My son said she only ate yesterday which means she didn't eat for 4days! It's not the first time she does it either. It's all the time. I don't know what to do...I feel lost and I am so worried.
Anyone else Yorke does this? Any suggestions, please?
