Try putting something of yours in her bed. A shirt, a pair of sweat pants - anything that has your smell. We did that with all of our puppies. My last Yorkie slept with my son's nylon pants until the day he left us. Also, we use an Iris crate for our two dogs now. Although they sleep in our bed (on top of one of my sweat shirts) they still go into the crate when they need to feel safe. They have beds and a blanket in there and we keep the door open so they can come and go at will.
