Bone chews -- if she is swallowing part of the lamb's ear, that could be an irritant. Definitely stay away from pig's ear (the worst for dogs with gastro issues), and I would skip the bully sticks. They all have coatings on them that can be bad for dogs with gastro problems.

I would also skip the peanut butter/crushed peanuts. Both peanut butter and carrots (mashed) give my guys tummy problems, even the smallest amounts.

My post didn't go through. I'm going to try goats cheese for the meds. she does well with low fat cheese, and goats cheese is about as mild as they get. She's doing well, Kirsten. This is in a major part to you, because if I hadn't listened to you in July, we'd be digging through several foods. This was her this evening after I insisted on her antibiotic today while her regular vet was off for the weekend. She refused all foods today, save for a few ounces throughout the day- meaning only that for the whole day-so in desperation, and a large part because she was seriously whining while daughter was eating eggs, I gave her a tablespoon of egg whites. She ate it. So, thank you, for listening and all of your advice. Posting pic.
